Message from the Dean:
Welcome to the College of Computing Sciences!  NJIT's newest college was established on July 1, 2001 (read more here...)
The new college symbolizes NJIT's desire to make computing a centerpiece of its educational activities in the 21st century.  
Its mission is to bring education in a broad range of computing disciplines to students on campus and at a distance, to carry out cutting-edge computing research , and to work closely with industry.
Bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees are offered in Computer Science and Information Systems, and a cross-disciplinary undergraduate degree is offered in Information Technology.
Additional degree programs are offered in collaboration with other units and institutions: Human-Computer Interaction, Management, Telecommunications, Biomedical Informatics, Computational Biology.
