The goal is for all of us to get to know each other a bit. This will also help you get on the VC system.
(1) In the GETTING TO KNOW YOU conference, add a short biographical sketch about yourself. Include your name, the name we actually should call you (i.e., your nickname), your university (NJIT, Rutgers or NTU), year, program and major. Tell us your employer and any job experience you've had regarding information systems (as a programmer or as a user). What do you expect to get out of this course? What are your hopes and what are your fears? Include a favorite anecdote or joke if you wish.
(2) Email Professor Bieber your email address. I will be posting these on-line in the WebBoard system for the entire class to be able to access. (If you do not want your classmates to be able to see your email address, please let me know.)
(3) For on-campus sections, please give Professor Bieber or Professor Campbell a photograph of yourself (or your student ID, etc.). Make sure it's close enough to real life that we would recognize you from it.
On the back side of the photograph, please write:
Thanks!
