The developers of the software ("Licensor") own the software and no ownership is transferred by delivery of the software or any portion of the software. Licensor reserves all rights except those expressly granted to licensees.

You are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the software solely for educational and research purposes, but not for any commercial purpose.

Permission is granted to redistribute the software to other individuals within the same organization under the same terms and conditions of this agreement.

If you make a copy or modification of the software, the copy or modification must include this agreement, and users of the copy or modification must agree to its terms. Any modifications to the software will be owned by you, however the Software itself, including as embedded in modifications, shall remain owned by Licensor.

Permission to use the software for commercial or non-research purposes is explicitly denied without prior written permission from Licensor.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND LICENSOR HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND OF NATURE, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, RELATING TO THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

You understand that Licensor is under no obligation to maintain, support or update the software. If Licensor makes available any revision or update to the software, such shall be considered "software" under the terms of this agreement.
